Once again from LATAMPLAGAS we want to bring you current and important information for the professional pest control industry. In this issue we will discuss everything related to the importance of correctly and efficiently structuring an Integrated Pest Management Program. Related to this, the requirements of international food safety and quality certification regulations such as BRC, and the considerations for carrying out sanitary design and maintenance in food production facilities. In public health, we have convened world leaders, in order to provide them with updates and perspectives on the current situation and control strategies for black flies and mosquitoes. Finally, fleas & ticks in domestic environments, and the importance of recognizing diverse pest species. Every IPM professional must have the knowledge that allows them to identify species of mites, insects, rodents and other occasional species. Without a doubt, adequate and efficient treatments are achieved having precisely determined the pest species in question.
